Hello,

I try using the c# example but if I want to declare the FTPDirectory I get an Error ...

Error 1 The type or namespace name 'FTPDirectory' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

Whats my error?
Using VS 2008 Pro / sfFTPLib 1.5.7.23

Hello ..

Replace FTPDirectory with FTPItems. But this has already been fixed in the latest version of the FTP Library:
http://www.smartftp....ftplib/download

Hi,

thanks but it works also with my version now ... I had also installed the SmartFTP-Client and the reference in vs goes always to the sfftplib from
the client and not to the installed sfftplib from the libary. After deinstalling SmartFTP-Client and re-register the LIB sfftplib it works?! ;)

So the new version we can't use at the moment, because our license works only with the 1.5.7.23

Hello Ulf ..

Under Windows 2000 you have to register your sfFTPLib.dll every time you start the application.

SmartFTP doesn't register the sfFTPLib.dll on Windows XP or higher since it utilizes a side by side execution manifest.

Mat
