Just installed - works for the first 15 minutes or so then I get this crash. Visual C++ Exception. (No other details) Looks like a managed exception. The client will run for awhile if I don't acknowledge the dialog but then stops responding. Tried the usual, nothing works.

XP Pro SP2
32Bit Edition
2G Ram
v2.5.1006

I can try beta if this is fixed?

thanks

Hi, ok I installed that version (looked the same to me) - all I'm doing is a 650MB file transfer. I have 3 worker threads runnings each one downloading a 650MB file - it gets about 5% done and I get the crash. The application is minimized at the time with the task bar status updating ....

I've posted system details below - I also think I can reproduce it now. If I "don't" minimize the application then it never crashes.

1. Load Application + Load Existing Q - Q has 2x 650MB Files.
2. Make sure to have 3 worker threads.
3. Start download - both files are from same ftp server.
4. Minimize application.
5. Just wait ... crash...

I am. I have it installed on both an XP-SP2 and a Vista Ultimate machine. It runs fine for a while, then it starts crashing as soon as I click on the ok button from the initial splash screen. Same error. Now it occurs every single time. I am not able to launch it anymore. I have tried uninstall, reboot and reinstall using latest posted version. Still get the same error.

I just had to do this again. Deleting the reg key works. Is this a recurring issue that I will have to deal with until a "fix" is posted or is there something else I can to resolve this for good?

We are unable to reproduce the crash. Does it happen on both Windows XP and Vista?

Do you have any idea how to reproduce it or what causes it?

Mat
