SmartFTP used to work fine but now I'm having difficulties - can't access my sites at all.

This is the error message:

I've been told by my web supplier to disable passive mode - which I keep doing in Edit Favourites, but for some reason it keeps switching over to it when it can't connect in Active Mode.

Secondly I'm now using a Netgear wireless router - does that cause problems?
