Problem

The Task Scheduler service (Schedule) has been disabled or is not running.

Solution

1. Open the Registry Editor:
   Go to the Start button/menu
   Type regedit.exe
2. The Registry Editor opens
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Schedule 
4. Change the Start value to 2
5. Reboot

Alternatively download Enable Schedule Service.zip and double click the Enable Schedule Service.reg file.
