How To use Notepad++ config files

You can use the language and styler config files from Notepad++ in SmartFTP.

  1. Create a folder TextEditor at:
    %appdata%\SmartFTP\Client 2.0\TextEditor
  2. Copy the stylers.model.xml (styles/colors/font) and/or langs.model.xml (language definition and keywords) to the folder created in 1

SmartFTP supports additional text editor styling/language features which are not not available in Notepad++. This means if you make changes in the Text Editor settings you will not be able to use the config files in Notepad++.
