Summary

Windows Server Core is a minimal server installation and misses certain features which are available in the "Full" Windows Server version. In particular, anything related to the graphical user interface is either completely or partially missing. SmartFTP installs and runs on Windows Server 2016 Core, but certain features are not working. 

Limitations

• Opening a browser (Remote, Local and Favorite) displays an empty window
• The terminal shows an empty screen
• File open/save dialogs do not display
• Minor cosmetic issues (wrong font) in the user interface
