Enable TLS 1.3 on Windows 10

An experimental implementation of TLS v1.3 is included in Windows 10, version 1909. TLS v1.3 is disabled by default system wide. To enable TLS 1.3 on Windows 10, version 1909 (or Server) import the following registry keys:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.3\Client]
"DisabledByDefault"=dword:00000000
"Enabled"=dword:00000001

Alternatively, download Enable TLS 1.3.zip and double click (import) the Enable TLS 1.3.reg.

Important: The TLS implementation in Windows 10, version 1909 and Windows 10, version 2004 is not compatible with most other TLS 1.3 implementations. Therefore, we do strongly recommend NOT to manually enable TLS 1.3 at this time.
