The procedure entry point CreateIUriBuilder could not be located
Problem
The procedure entry point CreateIUriBuilder could not be located in the dynamic link library urlmon.dll.
Cause
Internet Explorer 7 or higher is required on Windows XP / Windows 2003.
Solution
Go to Windows Update and install Internet Explorer 8. There is no need to use Internet Explorer as your default browser but a newer version must be installed.
