Image Resizer for Windows

Problem

When drag&dropping files/folders to the Local Browser, SmartFTP crashes unexpectedly.

Cause

A bug in the Image Resizer shell extension (ShellExtensions.dll) causes an access violation.

Affected Products

Image Resizer 3 (Preview 2, Preview 3)

Solution

Uninstall the Image Resizer for Windows shell extension:
- Control Panel
- Programs & Features
- Search for Image Resizer for Windows
