MSXML3.dll error
Problem
The license key fails to load.
Cause
MSXML3.dll is not correctly installed.
Solution
Register the msxml3.dll
Windows Vista
-
Click the Start button. Select All Programs, select Accessories and then right-click Command Prompt.

Select Run as administrator from the context menu

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password or click Continue.

The command line opens. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll -
If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:
DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.
Windows XP

Click the Start button. Select All Programs, select Accessories and then right-click Command Prompt.

The command line opens. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll -
If the file can be located and is available, you receive the following message:
DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded. -
If the registraiton fails with an error, install MSXML 3.0 SP7. Download the msxml3.msi file and double click it.

If the problem persists and the registration in 2. still fails, use the Dial-a-Fix tool:
In the Dial-a-Fix tool, go to the menu: Tools->Repair permissions
Then in the Registration center group check all check boxes and press GO -
Go back to 2.

If the problem persists install/reinstall the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer.
