URL Watcher not working build 981

Just installed Build 981 Full setup.

URL watcher no longer works.

Used backup tool to backup settings. Unstalled SmartFTP 981. Reinstalled. Attempt to restore settings using backup tool causes system error report....

Windows XP Pro. All updates.
