Upload dirs with global queue

Hi.

I'm trying to use global queue to upload dirs. I have seen "global queue - upload" tutorial but there is an option in my SmartFTP that is different in the tutorial: when i drag and drop files or dirs to a ftp it immediately begins transfer without ask me "queue or transfer" like occurs in tutorial.
Which is the option to do that?

I have SmartFTP 1.0.980.10.
