Can't see folders???

I have about 4 sites that I connect to and I connect fine to all except for 1 since we have upgraded to XP. I connected fine with the 98se pc to all.
Any answers

What is the name of the logs that you would need?

... the SmartFTP text that shows when you connect to the FTP servers.

I have a similar problem on the FTP site I need to use most often. I have followed the knowledge base advice and unchecked all boxes under the Tools>Settings>Transfer tabs, but that doesn't help.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Looks like the problem was on the server side for me. I also did what the SmartFTP forum said.
