Downloading Problems

When I get almost done with the instalation, I get this error message:



Do you know why I get this message, and how I can get it to work?

The User account you are using to login to that machine does not have
enough permission to install applications, such as SmartFTP.

You will have to have ask the person who has an Admin account on that
system to install SmartFTP for you. It's all up to him/her.
