I have been using SmartFTP for a while now without any problems. However, a few days ago I started getting this error during FTP sessions:
An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. Software caused connection abort.
This has been happening on a number of different servers. I decided to wipe and redo my system since I was starting to get some weird errors in different applications, however after a fresh install of everything I'm still getting the message. I have my timeout set to 120s -- but it doesn't look like a timeout issue. I've watched it happen...it'll be anywhere from 1 to 120 minutes into a download and then it'll just quit with that message.
Any ideas?
