The Enterprise edition of SmartFTP includes a S3 client for Amazon S3. The following is a list of features which specifically applies to the Amazon S3 service.

Storage Types

The following storage types are supported:

Storage Classes

The following storage classes are supported:

• Standard
• Standard Infrequent Access (IA)
• Reduced Redundancy Storage (RRS)

Amazon S3 Server Side Encryption (SSE)

Enable Server-side encryption for uploads and copies.

• Amazon S3-Managed Encryption Keys (SSE-S3)
• AWS KWS-Managed Keys (SSE-KMS)

Amazon S3 Transfer Acceleration

Accelerates Amazon S3 data transfers by making use of optimized network protocols and the AWS edge infrastructure.

Bucket Policies

Add, edit or remove bucket policies.

Multipart Transfers

Download or upload a single file by splitting it in segments and using several simultaneous connections to transfer these segments in parallel.

Url Generator

Generate web and torrent urls for each object.

Copy and move between buckets

Copy and move files between between folders and different buckets.

Other

The S3 protocol can also be used with all the other protocol agnostic features that SmartFTP offers.
