Host problems can not get in at all

SmartFTP v4.0.1063.0
[06:27:41] Resolving host name "65.175.109.33"
[06:27:41] Connecting to 65.175.109.33 Port: 21
[06:27:41] An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permissions.
[06:27:42] Client closed the connection.
[06:27:42] Connect failed. Waiting to retry (30s)...


This is all I get. I was told that this was my host # but something wont let me get in at all.

Add SmartFTP to the exceptions in your software firewall and antivirus product.
