Searching flashlight only... then becomes unresponsive. Must use task manager to kill process. In fact, I've notices that the whole favorites management portion of SmartFTP is very inefficient... and slow. What ever happened to "Add to Favorites"? Instead, we have to open the complete Manage Favorites window, then drag the item under Quick Connect to the desired location... Not very "user friendly"! Hello ..
I can confirm that the Favorites Window/Manager takes a lot longer to enumerate the items than expected. A workaround is to unregister the sfFavoritesShellExtension.dll until we find a solution. To unregister the dll: regsvr32.exe /u sfFavoritesShellExtension.dll Regards, Mat |
